Looking for this unique skiing polar bear soft toy. About 15cm tall. When you pull his tail string he vibrates as if he is skiing. No label, so assumed he is part of a toy set or something. Had him around 7-8 years and am in the UK. Thank you!

Bit of a long shot, but looking for the origin of this stuffed bear. Picked him up in a charity shop 10 years ago. We thought he looked similar to the Build-a-bear bears, but had no luck finding him anywhere. He's about 8 inches tall. Thanks! (Ignore the necklace, that's mine!)
