Have you tried going through OH? I initially started as a full time office worker now I’m only in once a week. Best thing about the UK workplace is there is support if you reach it. Don’t resign quite yet. But that’s coming from someone who doesn’t know what you’re going through fully. I would say at least speak be referred to occupational health Stay strong

What sort of mistakes are you making? Everyone I have ever worked with makes mistakes all the time.

the big one is that I haven’t scanned through some paperwork (scanning and putting stuff onto a database is basically my job), I accidentally binned a few sheets once but got it straight out again, from this my colleagues don’t seem to trust that I’ve done any of my scanning so I have to redo it, which is fine obviously especially if I have done things wrong, but I feel like I’m going insane bc I swear I did it the first time around
