Did they change how the yearly 5 night ENC choice works? I have been Platinum for years and they always contributed to next years accrual. For example, my 2024 end of year annual ENC benefit should add 5 days to 2025. Customer service is saying it adds 5 nights to 2024 which seems pointless to me.
