Thank you! That’s a great suggestion. I actually had to decrease my Seroquel because it was making me too tired so I don’t want to try another sedative. And SSRI’s don’t work for me either. It’s been a really long road of trying new things. But I will definitely ask my doctor for recommendations for my brain though!

Oh, ok, so you've already tried Seroquel. Mirtazapine is the same class of drugs, but for me at least it's a lot better.

I was on 400 mg, and I would get extremely tired and binge eat really bad, and it’d be really hard to wake up in the morning. And i’d have trouble swallowing and i’d be afraid of choking/ not being able to breathe.. so very slowly have tapered down and 25 mg is the only dose that’ll work for me now, but i’ll never come off of it. I’m very dependent on my other meds.. Been on it & Lamictal for 4 years and I hope I don’t sound like an addict but legit question, what’s the difference between being dependent on my seroquel and lamictal everyday and being dependent on xanax? Why’s it so bad to be on it daily? I know it’s addictive, but with my past history I know I can handle it. But is that like a lowkey addict in my head speaking? 😅
