Is this a scam? "Dresspursuitz.com"

Mine is weird because it was supposedly sent to a town over from mine but anything I've ever ordered has come to my home town post office when it comes USPS so idk is there anybody out there with the knowledge that everyone here can get some clarity of this scam and is there any possible way to try to get our money back ???

So far, they use the excuse of the carrier would not refund it, so in return they will not refund you. Best bet is call the bank for fraud, get your money back. And get a new card! They have your information now.

Tracking says delivered today, Sunday.....we were home all day.

It is a bogus tracking number, I actually checked twice of the complete neighborhood blocks where it was supposably delivered. No one saw anything.
