Form Changing when catched

So i made a regional form for Mime Jr. I named everything right "MIMEJR_1" in Graphics/Front,Back,Icons and Characters/Followers but when i catch it and look in the summary screen it will appear the original form from Mime Jr. Does anyone know how to fix this?
