Circumferential wall thickening 1st and 2nd portion duodenum

Circumferential wall thickening in both the 1st and 2nd portion of duodenum is likely the deeper layers and not mucosa layer, correct? As mucosa would have shown as diffuse thickening. The egd also looked normal.

The PA I see is not ordering the MRI and states she wants to wait for the biopsy results... which likely will show nothing as it was taken from the mucosa layer during the egd. IBD panel and CRP normal.

I'm still experiencing diarrhea, pain on both sides and elevated alt. Anemia resolved on last CBC. Taking iron supplement.

She days the thickening may have resolved between the ct and egd... I say the thickening is likely the deeper layers.
