How good or bad is this lease?

I singned on the 2025 Q5 sline performance plus.

Effectively $775/ month 36 month lease including tire and wheel care, audi care and additional warranty. I felt I got sold more warranty than I needed for a new vehicle!.

Drive and ride is good, except the noise both during backing up and riding when in EV mode. Not sure if anyone else felt the same , the dealer said it's for alerting nearby folks as EVs are not same as ICUs - hard to believe that as my other EV is relatively quiet.
