one pupil slightly bigger than the other?

so i got sertraline prescribed to me this morning, and i took a 50mg pill as advised by my doctor, im 18 years old, 5’4 and around 56kg. i took the pill at around 12:20pm and it is now currently 18:05, i have health anxiety and noticed that one of my pupils is slightly bigger than the other. my right pupil is slightly bigger than my left. when i came back from college at around 4pm, i noticed both my pupils were rather dilated, but they’ve came down since then, just one is slightly bigger than the other, should i be worried? it’s my right pupil that appears to be bigger and the video has been taken with back cam so the bigger pupil is on the left side
