How do you handle max leveling your alt army?

So I have a both factions for each class, and the idea of leveling them all stresses me so much XD.

How do you guy overcome the OCD need to max level them all?

I just want to play what I enjoy but every time I open the game I get this anxiety mixed with stress feeling that I need to max level them all.
