is invading even worth it

there i am. lvl 1 vi. we have thresh support and jhin adc. there they are. lvl 1 yasuo. smite. flash. they have soraka support and kai’sa adc . how in any world do i lose. honestly j think thresh should be removed from wild rift. why do people play a champ they don’t know how to play? why play a champ so reliant on skill shots when u just click button? but yea the title is the main question. invading seems quite pointless seeings how it’s decided from pick phase, like if i’m ever playing graves jg vs jarvan IV, just full clear never gank. got it. and if i’m against soraka jg? what do i do.
