Switched over to Bicep band, huge shift in metrics.

Hey,

I know there is a lot of wrist vs bicep threads but I just switched over from wrist to bicep because I bought a new mechanical watch and I'm loving it.

Anyways, I am really dissapointed in WHOOP because my metrics are DRASTICALLY different. My Stress is in high level 90 percent of the day, RHR higher (+6 on avg), HRV higher (+10 on avg), average HR is like +10 in general. Now even with the slightest slow paced walk Im getting detected activities (That never happened before on wrist.). In general all metrics just shifted around completly messing up my trends.

Can anybody tell me if this is just algorithm adjusting, or I was straight up lied to by WHOOP for past two years wearing it on the wrist. Or at least in general a slight estimation how WHOOP's algo works ? This is actually kinda ridiculous for the price.

EDIT: After today's workout with bicep band I also noticed a complete shift in HR zones, max HR, calories burned are up 200 from average. Same for sleep, totally different metrics on average. Is this thing just a random number generator for 250 usd lol ?
