Turn a Website Into An App

I would like to turn a website into an app, or at least run like an app, instead of in a browser.

I am not looking to put it on the app store - currently this would be for my own personal ease of use.

Basically, the website runs a YouTube player and if I switch tabs or use another app, it stops playing. I'd like the option to have it keep playing while using another app.

I know I can make the browser app smaller, but it doesn't work the way I would like.

I have looked at some sites where you type the site and it spits out an "app" in 5 minutes, but they had really low ratings as far as trusting them and didn't want to chance it.

If I did not explain it well enough I will do my best to answer follow up questions to make it easier to understand.
