Orgrim loses Earth Shield after Mak'gora?

Only played around with a few rounds with him, but it seems like he loses the Shamans Earth Shield after winning the Mak'gora?

Based on the poof animation happening after the victory, I'd assume they simply swap around the Orgrim unit with a new Orgrim (now without the cape), which causes him to lose the buff?

From a few rounds of testing, it looks like Bloodlust from Ogre stays, so it may just be an oversight?
