So grateful to have this Sub.♥️🙏 Life's first consecutive 10k+ steps + painful periods
So I've been preparing to walk more and more since the end of December. And I also received a diagnosis of PCOS which has led me to a surgical removal last year and irregular periods. But still, I didn't do much to heal my health.
I just started walking since 22nd December. This sub and the people with their 10k posts, it seemed like it's crazy how people are doing it, making me feel like an imposter. But somehow I just restarted gym and with some good music, I was able to hit it. And i repeated that.
The 2nd slide was one of my good weeks. In 2024, i barely used to walk 200 steps a day. Call it lazy, call it lack of belief or inspiration.
Thank you to this sub, I'm learning from each one of you.💓
My weight had dropped from 91 to 87 kg, that includes lots of cheat meals I'm not proud of. But I can see my disincline regarding diet also improve.
Thank you. Love you🙏♥️
