Special Teams

Guys, fresher here. i really want to do something cool in campus and last 2 days i saw the special team expo . and planning to join or trying to get into any of these teams. but i don't know the criteria's and all. so seniors please share the special team experience and how it gonna affect your academics and all, also the Team Ignition looked better suit for me as an space and rocketry enthusiast. so please give some suggestions , cause i heard u can only select one team for the whole 4 yr.
