Carbone late night reservation

I booked a Carbone reservation for 9:45 on Sunday and I see that they close at 10:30, is this ample time to have a comfortable dinner? Do they start running out of food? Do they rush you out once it's 10:30? Any info would be appreciated, never been to this location!
