How does one get 🐱 in jail.

Think about it there’s hundreds of man on the wing and only a few female screws what does one have to do to stand out from all the other criminals? Do the most violent criminals get it easy or the ones who made a lot of money from trapping? Do they pay for it? Or is it just down to luck?
