Discovering the joy of vinyl

My teenage daughter discovered my small record collection after receiving a Lana Rel Rey LP as a gift.

We bought her a suitcase record player as Christmas gift. What a mistake. It destroyed one of my old records upon the first try of playing it. I had a feeling it might happen so I picked one I didn’t really care about.

We returned the crappy player and I found this Technics SL-Q350 on marketplace. I have it hooked up on a crappy all in one Pioneer tower and small Bose speakers.

There is more to do to improve the setup but at least she can now enjoy a decent tune.
