when will the cough go away?

haven’t smoked in around 2 years. I bought a PAX Mini and hit it a few times almost a week ago. I haven’t smoked since then because I got a phlegmy cough. This never happened to me the last time I smoked. I used to use a one hitter and have never used a PAX up until this point.
