The chicken mole is surprisingly good!

We made soft tacos with them for dinner, heated in a pan with cheese and avocado (but I had mine plain with just chicken mole & tortilla). Then we had taco bowls for lunch the next day with rice, steamed broccoli, garbanzo beans, and chicken mole (reheated in the microwave). Delicious both times, definitely going to get it again!

It obviously isn't the most authentic, deepest, richest, or smokiest mole you'll ever have. But this is a great version to have for a weeknight dinner at home. All of the flavors are there, it's just maybe a hint on the mild side, I'd say, compared to restaurant mole.
