Masturbation after testicular surgery

Last Friday (exactly 8 days ago) I had a surgery to remove my left testicle.

Now, I have a few questions that I really need answered:

• How long should I wait until I masturbate?
• Would it hurt while ejaculating?

Before this happened, I used to masturbate nearly everyday so this is really a hard period for me. I am 15 years old. This really may sound stupid I know.. But please understand me, I am just really scared.
