Vibrating/Broken Screen from Website (Virus?)

Hello! Today, I tried to go to a website to look for information on a skin condition I have been struggling with. When I clicked "visit" (from google images) my phone started violently vibrating and showed a fake broken screen. I immediately restarted my phone and it stopped, but when seeing the website from my tabs, it had a popup saying my phone had a virus and stuff. I didn't click on anything, so am I good?

I had my location on and I am terrified to have my information stolen! Any advice and reassurance is much appreciated, thanks!
