Staph infection or what?

i have done this tattoo 2 months ago and then after a month i got a second session the shading and all however after a few days there was a pimple like bumps and i tried to pop them and it leaves a crater and after a few days new ones come up. i have this infection for more than a month now should i get it checked?

i always wash this with a sulfur soap for about 2 weeks now and always use a tissue and alcohol to clean it any ideas? much appreciated

ps. only my forearm is affected and no other parts of my body
