Accidentally used salicylic acid cleanser on my fresh tattoo

I washed down my tattoo after 3 hours of having it freshly tatted, but stupidly gently rubbed it in with the CeraVe salicylic acid cleanser because I thought it was an antibactirial cleanser... will it cause any irritation or damage to my skin/tattoo?
