Blackwork swelling

Okay so I just got a part of my full arm blackwork cover yesterday, and my hand got swollen as hell. My artist is a professional and really careful girl, so I don’t think anything bad, no redness, sensitivity or blisters or anything, just a giga slapper (my friend called my hand finger master 😆) Should I worry about my hand going to explode, or it is normal?
