Deadlift tips?
Curious about what I can do to better my deadlift. I notice sometimes my quad drive seems to shove me forward at the start of the deadlift. And at top weight I get slight rounding in the back around 315lbs. In general, i feel the deadlift is toughest off the floor, once they bar passes my knees lockout is easy.
I’m 165lbs here’s a few videos of 225x7 275x2 and 285x1. Thanks in advance, all advice appreciated.
