Stake.us doesn’t credit letters

Stake hasn’t been crediting letters for AMOE, which is a legal requirement to operate as a sweepstakes in the US. I have been waiting on letters since September of last year, and have family members who got fractions of credits from their batches. If you ask support they are useless and say they are in the “queue” (they aren’t). Gonna file an FTC complaint
