GPA for CRNA application

I am someone that is looking into pivoting my career to ultimately become a CRNA. A little background. I'm 40 years. I already have non science Bachelors and MBA. I plan on starting my prerequisite in March to get into accelerated nursing program by Jan of 2026.

The question I have is when applying to CRNA school would they look at my GPA in the nursing prerequisites and accelerated BSN or my previous bachelors, prerequisites, and accelerated BSN to calculate my GPA? Or is it school dependent where they look at you last 60 credit hours?

At the moment I have 3.0 GPA before starting this journey from my previous bachelors from almost 20 years ago.

Thanks for any insight in advanceI
