ID for me, please?

Location: Connecticut, USA I keep finding these spiders throughout my home (not super often, maybe once a week or less). I don’t know what it is and just want an ID to know if they’re harmful or not as I have children in the home and don’t want anyone potentially getting bit or anything? Thank you
