Ps5 flickering in games + settings on Sony tv

It’s really annoying when I try to go through the menus and see the flashing light. It happens in games sometimes too, the sky or the game in general just flickers. I’m using a Bravia 4k VH2, ps5 is hooked into hdmi 4 with the enhanced setting. Posting it here because on my friends tv, which isn’t a sony, this flicker never happens. Anyone know the issue/fix?
