Vance’s “tie-breaking” vote to confirm Pete Hegseth is actually unconstitutional

EDIT: Title of the article linked below is misleading but if you read carefully, they’re referring to text in the constitution that does not extend tie breaking to “assign and confirm” roles in government, which cabinet positions would be.
I was informed in r/law. Unfortunately, it sounds like KH got away with this in 2022 for a different judicial nominee so most likely the Dems won’t go after him.
