How do small business owners offer 401ks? I am struggling here.

I run a power washing business with 13 employees, and I've been thinking about setting up a 401k for my team. I feel like it'd be nice perk and maybe even help me keep people around longer. But between the fees and figuring out how it connects to payroll, I don't even know where to start.

How are other small business owners making this work?
