You can successfully breed any non human animal hybrid once.
The Hybrid will always be fertile.
If you’re breeding an egg layer with an animal that gives live birth, the mother must be the animal that gives live birth.
When breeding animals with significant size differences you’re using artificial insemination.
When breeding animals with significant life span differences the Hybrid will live between 90% & 75% of the longer lifespan depending on the difference. If the life spans are very close or the same hybrid will live as long as the parents or slightly longer.
Repeated attempts to breed for a hybrid you’ve already bred will usually end in failure unless the hybrid already had a high success rate. i.e different breeds of domesticated animals.
