Hair dilema

I’m a trans (ftm) and I want to present more masc while also looking like a scene guy. And I know the main point for being scene is to have the hair, but that’s the problem. I have curly hair (type 2 or 3 I think)that can’t be straight for more than maybe an hour(it just frizzes up and looks awful). And I don’t think the typical cut will work with my hair..does anyone have any suggestions or advice?
