Updated tier list with the abilities update?

Are the tiers the same with engi and MUL-T being the best now that the the game has had a chance to make changes?

What is considered the best? Personally, i like playing the commando but i thought he was deemed as a weak character. MUL-T is waaaay to slow for me to like but apparently he's one of the best ones?
