What are your overall thoughts on pet simulator 99? And do you think it is better or worse than P. S. X?
Personally, I think this might be the game of the year in roblox, I'm not really a fan of big games, but this game really does a lot of things well and correct, it also became less focused on transactions (yet it still has a very big and wide shop with questionable prices, but it's less interesting this time around), the gameplay is drastically different than what was seen in pet Sim X, yet it is a tapping simulator, its quite different and noticeably good
The focus of this game is playing with 99 pets and opening 99 eggs, what was originally a very painful and P2W feature has became a core game mechanic, there is also these shiny relic collectibles, they are very fun because some of them are really hidden and it takes time to find them while others are literally Infront of you which I think are good, I also think the idea of the more you unlock and do quests, the more better you become is very well designed in this game
The only thing I dislike about the game are the areas and the minigames, about the areas, they are just a bit tiny, I wish they were bigger, like sure they are detailed but are small and not as good as what the maps in pet Sim X were like, and as for the minigames, they are just a hit or miss, like the classic obby and the Atlantis swimming minigame are good, while things like the jungle obby or the minefield are wasting my time
Overall, great game, it's a bit better than pet Sim X, and it can be improved for the better (I genuinely don't want to see the same dramas that has happened with pet Sim X happen with this game too)
