False perma ban even after all evidence
So..it all started back in september, i started streaming in Nov 2023 with rocket league and later shifted to valorant when my friend introduced me to it by December and i was playing the since till September 2024. i got bored of game and i am not a "gamer" so my friend were bugging me to play story mode games i would love. i gave in tried my first ever story mode game on stream. i instantly fell in love with games and i shit you not for a moth i was just binging every top notch story games possible on stream off stream it was like a new world just opened up to me. Although i was loving those game style my veiwers missed me messing ib valorant. I boot up valorant a month later (off stream i was making sure that everything is working in october) and i was greeted with a locked account which support help. my password was compromised and this was second time from last Dec. To which i didnt give a shit i mean my account was locked to protect me and i instalty got it back so good, 6-7 days i was greeted was a locked account again. but this time it was different riot say it my temporairly locked for my safety (on that pop-up, ps idk the exact term) but they perma banned my account..for boosting?...i am Asc player but i havent played Ranked in last 2 act. i just took 1 month break...so who was i boosting in unrated or swiftplay. When i questioned this provided them info like career with the help of my friends account and linked my streams to ensure that im the owner and if im boosting or anything suspicious it can be seen on stream. Nothing. instead they changed the reason this time. that my account is compromised too many time so they are perma banning my account for other player safety. in reponse then i checked my mail and found out the otp mail for my epic games was opened and it wasnt me. i assumed i had a spyware cause one by one i started losing my socials even my linkdin was compromised. i quickly pulled a all nighter and changed every passwards and extra security measures. When all this setteled and i went back to support and provided all the proof that im the owner even with back statements, can you guess what happened?..no?....the reason changed again. i was perma banned for playing with changing or messing with ownership of my account, i was okay...make sense...i took a break and in that period some hack got a hold of my account and selling it. time and time again support denied to help me, just saying that the desicion can not reverted. i gave up hopes with the support and looked through my contact who can help with connect with a riot dev which you guessed it failed :D. Now im here after 3 months with a banned account after multiple ticket and taking to people for help, taking out my frustation cause i spent money and time on that game and break costed me all this. If a Riot Dev is reading this i would really appreciate your help.
