Postié esto en r/pornismisoginy y me comí permaban. Sin bardear a ese sub o el equipo de mods, qué opinan ustedes? Me quedé con ganas de leer opiniones al respecto. "Dumb question I guess. But, does every porn is misogynistic at the end?"
Hello people, it's my first time posting in here. Hope I'm not being disrespectful nor breaking any rules (which I think I'm not).
I'm a woman, and I've been long with a disgusting feeling about porn in general. And since reading this subr I've learned some stuff, although I understood way beforehand that porn industry and consumption is just terrible.
But I'm not that strong, and I'm quite curious and visual. So I've not stopped consuming some expressions of porn. Like, written made up stories, or gay sex/drawings. Like those are what I most enjoy, and since they're fiction and no ppl is involved I'm wondering how do you think this is consider.
Like, does this encourages misoginia trough indirect consumption and I'm missing something. Or do these erotic expressions are a healthy way to have some eroticism that's out of our daily experiences, or stimulate a lazy imagination for instance.
I'm not saying that male porn is not involved in mistreatment to gay men, because I assume it's the same as misogynistic the problems this industry and consumption generates. I'm speaking about whether I'm having a healthy or unhealthy habit. For me and society.
