Moose...

I've been playing for the last 4 months on my first playthrough. Finally finished Chapter 6 and am in the epilogue now.

I've been working on getting as much done as I can and was doing the treasure maps and was in the Grizzlies/Ambarino section of the map. Finally spotted a 3 Star moose (only my 2nd or 3rd total I've seen) with a chance to get it, as well as a 3 Star Grizzly and 3 Star wolf... I ran back to my horse to get a rifle and the moose and wolf were gone within 15 seconds... What the actual fuck do I have to do to get a Moose of any kind?!?! 😭
