MindLance- Elaborate scam?

Long and short, I was contacted by these people at MindLance and thought it was a complete scam, except I actually got an interview with a hiring manager. I completed the interview and thought that it was just end up going nowhere. The recruiter's communication was absolutely horrendous. She would call, text, and email me at the same time to get my attention. Would text me with shit like "pls respond....? thx !!! and I was just overall so put off by how desparate she came off. At one point she spam calls me and I tell her thanks, but no thanks and that the communication is not working. well, her manager then calls and tells me I was offered the position. It all felt too good to be true. I completed all the damn forms, even got a drug test. My partner tells me that no scam would pay for a drug test, but I am not sure. My start date was pushed back due to my background check. I'm just terrified that I've given them every ounce of personal information. Has anyone actually ever worked for them? I feel so stupid.
