Ultra50: Anyone else not receiving notifications from certain apps?

The amex app for example has never made a notification on this phone. I OFC have notifications enabled in settings. I have 3-4 other odd apps that also does not give out notifications on it. And there is one app where I am not even allowed to enable notifications in settings. The slider is greyed out!
