Getting a Rebel

I decided for my new truck I'm going with a Rebel. Test drove all the new half ton trucks and this one was by far my favorite. Was wondering two things. 1. Someone told me that the rebel trims are only for drivers who will be off road 75% of the time, otherwise it's not worth spending the extra money. Is that true? I didn't think so. 2. I heard Stellantis was going to do a major price drop early on this year. A GM at the Ram dealership told me that already happened. I didn't see much of a price drop. After their dealership incentive it brought the price to 69,000. Is it worth it? Or wait for a special deal to arrive? Still seems kinda high to me.

I'm sure I can haggle them down another 5 to 6,000 more dollars. Just wondering anyone's thoughts.
