What's the main album you'd recommend to a fellow Radiohead fan?

Talking to a colleague earlier about music and any recommendations I had for himself. Didn't know what to suggest until he mentioned he liked Radiohead, then it seemed obvious to point him in the direction of alt-J - An Awesome Wave. Just interested to see a collection of your selections too and hopefully discover new music in the process
