Any feedback from Universal UK? Ordered a QOTSA bundle from the bands website and still haven't heard anything
So, I've ordered a bundle of the the CD + T-Shirt on the 16th of June, got an email that the order was confirmed, they already took my money, and that's it, haven't heard anything about my purchase since... same with the support. They say if it's available (which it was) it takes 2 days to ship it, and the support takes 3 days to respond (it's been longer).
Is anybody having the same experience? Thanks in advance.
PS - I'm from Portugal, and didn't pay any shipping, which I think was odd.
