Ps3 Modded avatars

Does anyone know how to actually make your own modded profile pic despite the ones that come in packs? Ive been looking for a tokyo ghoul pfp and no1 seems to have made one so i was hoping to make my own but no youtube videos besides a guy who shows how to get the ps store ones for free.
