Stats around burnout from poor project intake

Good evening and Happy New Year to everyone. I didn't realize this subreddit existed, but I'm hoping that some of you can help me.

Background: I am an Operations Director in a Financial Management firm. We are a small group and in addition to my Ops role, I am very often tasked with participating in or leading projects for my specific area.

The beginning of this month, I attended a Six Sigma Yellow Belt class. For my project, I am working on our division project in take and prioritization process, or lack thereof. In the first interview I conducted with another Director level associate tasked with implementing and leading projects in her area, she asked if I had considered finding stats on burnout.

I hadn't, but have started. I'm hoping people of this subreddit might be a good resource. I'm not a project manager so I do not know many of the resources that are solid. Does anyone have any suggestions for websites I can look at for statistics around burnout in the PM space?

This is a project that I'm very interested in doing well. It will have a huge impact on my division, but also a direct benefit to my job satisfaction. Any feedback would be incredibly useful. Also, if anyone has developed a strong in take and prioritization process, I'd love to pick your brain.
