Cheapest method of dental care?

I have 8 cavities based on my annual dental checkup. Is there a life hack for addressing this without going through American health care? It would run me about 3k to get everything filled. I’m willing to travel out of country if anyone has insight into the best way to do that, or any reasons why thats a bad idea, things to be careful of, etc. thanks!
