Can constables get the train/ bus for free anywhere in the uk ?

Transferring forces soon to a neighbouring force

In My current force (NW force) we can use our warrant card to travel on busses and trains with out paying

Is this a national thing ?

Should I be able to still get free travel in my current force area when I transfer to the neighbouring force ?
