Can you change your name?

Had a friend who changed him name. Didn’t know you could do that? Also wasn’t sure if it was a no-no to post profiles so I didn’t post it. But skeeter changed his name to pvpisdead. What’s up skeet? Sorry when you battled me I didn’t have 3 4000+CP pokemon
